‘Do Not Water Down Your Wild’ Mythical and Enchanting Micro Wedding Inspiration
Today we are celebrating micro weddings coupled with the beauty of nature with this quite beautiful styled shoot. The shoot took place on 22nd October 2020 at Brithdir Mawr Newport, Pembrokeshire in Wales. The backdrop is stunning and the venue brings with it a mythical and enchanting intimacy to the whole feel of the shoot. With soft tones and an autumnal colour palette the aim of the shoot was to use only pre-loved or vintage items from the table wear to the outfits. The soft yet powerful ethos can be seen in the mixture of fabrics and props and our two wonderful models. The whole shoot is a celebration of nature, for the love of the earth and striping things back, it really is a pleasure to feature it here on the blog. Big thanks to Ness from TogetherNess Weddings for planning and putting it together, along with the wonderful team of suppliers. ‘Do not water down your wild. Show up as the powerful woman you are’
Ness from TogetherNess Weddings tells us more about the shoot
When I was offered the opportunity to plan a styled shoot at this magical location, I decided to focus on the romance and authenticity of elopement and small weddings. With smaller outdoor events and sustainability being a trend for the future, this was the perfect opportunity to embrace the intimacy, personality and heart led nature of a micro wedding.
Brithdir Mawr is a breathtakingly beautiful outdoor venue, with its own magnificent stone circle backdropped by Mynydd Carningli ...
