We?ve got a special treat for all of you lovelies today! One of our longtime faves ? 31 Bits is launching their Holiday 2016 Collection! Here?s the thing about 31 Bits ? they?re a rad company, doing super rad things. The company began about eight years ago, and was established by five college students here in California. Their mission was to create jobs for women in places where they couldn?t find work otherwise ? and through their efforts, they?ve been able to employ + educate a staff of 150 women in Northern Uganda. How cool is that"
