With the Fourth of July just around the corner, relaxed summer shindigs are on our mind. There’s really no celebrating summertime like a picnic wedding in the lawn of your favorite venue (or even in your own backyard!). 1. A Parisian-inspired picnic wedding in Victoria, British Columbia
Guests lounged on vintage quilts as Marissa and Lauren said “I do” beneath a tree outside St. Ann?s Academy. Each blanket shared a picnic basket filled with baguettes, jam, and assorted treats to enjoy. 2. An intimate Portuguese picnic elopement on the lawn
After exchanging vows inside the insanely beautiful Monserrate Palace, Diane and Jason popped a bottle of champagne on the lawn atop a couple of blankets. The newlyweds fed each other bites of chocolate cupcakes and shared their first dance right there next to the romantic picnic display. We love how the setup was accented with vintage luggage and a few pillows!
