1. Get a Good Night?s Rest
The best way to set yourself up for a dreamy wedding day is to get a full night of sleep. This may mean partying less than some of your friends or going to bed a bit earlier than others. That?s OK! It’s better to have a good night?s sleep and be fully prepared for the big day to come than feel exhausted and drained. 2. Stay Hydrated and Fueled
Forgetting to eat or drink water throughout the wedding day is common for all members of the bridal party, especially the bride and groom.
