Allie & Rock Celebrate Three Years

Allie & Rock were celebrating their third anniversary when they made this once in a lifetime trip to the Emerald Isle from the sunny south of the US. With Allie being a photographer herself, they were keen to have this special time in their lives captured on film in the Irish landscape and I was delighted to oblige. They were so warm and open, and I just loved their care-free adventurous spirit and willingness to embrace the Irish elements.
Allie went barefoot and wore a beautiful floor length blue dress which blew beautifully in the wind. Some really special moments were created when Rock wrapped his arms around her to keep her warm and protected against the chilly Irish sea breeze. Their deep affection and comfort with each other was evident in each tender embrace. As the golden hour light was hitting the landscape, we pushed our way through the spiky gorse to catch the sun before it dropped. I have the fondest memories of this shoot and am so grateful to have had the opportunity to witness and capture their energy and love! Photography Claire Brown | Venue Howth, Co. Dublin
