The West Coast of Ireland has held a special place in Morgan and Wesley’s relationship for a long time. Wesley grew up spending a lot of time in Doonbeg with his family and soon after he met Morgan, she started accompanying him there as well. He proposed the previous year in the exact spot where the held their ceremony on this summer. One hundred guests traveled from the US to witness their vows overlooking the Atlantic. They did not want to impose on the natural beauty of the landscape, so their altar space was a floral installation created in shape of an asymmetrical half moon. The Irish Blessing was officiated by an eccentric and cool Irish monad proved to be one of the most memorable parts of their wedding day. After the ceremony, the guests were then greeted inside the Lodge with a cozy fire, champagne, Guinness and oysters. Once the bell rang for dinner, their guests made their way down the pebbled pathway to the marquee which overlooked the beautiful dunes. The marquee and tables were decorated in a modern, yet ethereal palette of neutrals offset by vibrant, earthy greens, with hints of slate grey and blues throughout.
