The story of Roman and Anya is the story of a love that began in school. After periods of distance and separation, they finally became a family. Their classic wedding, inspired by the historic city, was a heartwarming night among family and friends. It was the perfect combination of a modern bride set against the history and architecture of Saint-Petersburg. The bride’s long train and the glowing light completed her beautiful image. Her simple hairstyle and natural makeup were a stunning contrast against her elaborately embroidered dress.

What I liked the most about Roman and Anya’s wedding was the feeling of participation – being involved in the celebration rather than remaining just an observer. The morning started with champagne and her beloved dog. Before the newlyweds saw each other, they held hands. I loved being able to capture how Anya (and everyone observing these magic moments) was deeply moved. Everyone truly lived every minute of the day. There were many feelings: moments of rejoicing, dancing, laughing until tears came, and much holding of hands. I will truly miss that day!
