Amy and John’s Rain Filled Devon Beach Wedding by Grace Elizabeth
There is nothing like a bit of September rain when it comes to a wedding, especially when that wedding is an outdoor beach wedding in Devon. However, today’s lovely couple Amy and John didn’t let the rain put them off holding their wedding outside. As Jon said ‘we drove 300 miles from the other side of the country just to get married here, outside, so we are getting married here, outside!’ They braved the rain with brollies and they must have been so glad they did as the pictures are lovely. With a beach theme and the portrait shots right on the sea edge, it was worth the 300 mile journey! Thanks to Grace Elizabeth for the lovely photos.

Amy and John David were married on 6th September 2018 at Tunnels beaches in Devon. ‘We both love the beach and had our first date and proposal was on a beach, so googled beach weddings
and tunnels stood out from the rest. We had 50 guests, the venue was booked within a week from proposal…everything else was still being planned up to a week before the wedding.’

Online…first date as first day of meeting on mersea beach. 2 and half years together.
