An unexpected kids Halloween party with lots of blush and skulls

This year, pink is the new black for Halloween décor. Well, especially for the ladies.  A few weeks ago C.C. Monroe Event Design popped into our event space Festoon La and transformed it into a soft, blush Halloween spooktacular. And, while we love a good pink party, we also adore a little twist to the current trend by incorporating dried pressed florals.
From April of C.C. Monroe Event Design; “For the color scheme, I went with the soft neutral colors of blush pink, mauve and ivory with skeleton details to make it spooktacular. Creative Amme did an amazing job creating floral pressed skull placecards with matching acrylic drink stirrers. Schentell of Offerings curated the perfect mix of dried floral ?potion? bottles along with soft whimsical arrangements. The theme of skeletons and dried pressed florals carried over into the dessert design with Sweetdeetails creating the prettiest 2-tier cake along with matching floral adorned skull cookies. Can we also take a second to admire the ?boo?tiful cotton candy created by Twisted 4 Sugar! Glamfete created the perfect plastic fringe garland, which we adorned with little pink skeletons and used as the backdrop for the tablescape. For a pop of color, Party Shop Avenue created a custom mauve and pink balloon installation.Â
