“I’ve been a francophile since I can remember. I have been to Paris several times but I had never explored the rest of the country. My husband and I spent part of our honeymoon in Paris so we decided to go back to celebrate our 10 years of marriage, this time taking our kids with us and taking the time to explore other towns and regions of France. I’ve been a wedding planner and floral designer for 13 years and I wanted to make this day special. Another very special part of this celebration was that I would get to spend time with my half sister from Sweden. We only met each other 10 years ago (at my wedding) and hadn’t had a chance to get to know one another and spend quality time together. So she flew over with her family to celebrate with us and we spent a wonderful week exploring the little towns in Burgundy, trying local dishes and tasting some of the best wines in the world.
