This beautiful springtime editorial was inspired by the entrance of spring in the Washington DC area marked by the epic Japanese-gifted Cherry Blossoms to our city. We wanted to give our spring brides inspiration to work into their bridal portraits, invitations, tablescape, and hair + makeup. We have all seen the traditional engagement cherry blossom session, but we wanted to show brides how to do something a little different and get creative with the blossoms by bringing them indoors and utilizing them in the tablescape, styling, and even having them mirrored in the gorgeous Gossamer dress we used on our model.
