Asking My Main Lady

I didn?t have to think long about who I wanted as my maid matron of honor once Mr. Feather and I decided in favor of having a wedding party.

The first time I saw this photo in my Oma?s family album, I did a double-take and paused to ask her who these adorable twin babies were. There are no twins in our family, so I assumed they were the children of family friends.
I was more than a little surprised to find out that those ?twins? are actually me and my cousin, R. I can?t even take a guess as to which baby is which since we look so alike. Every time I look at this photo, I can?t help but think that baby Miss Feather must have thought she was looking into a mirror.
R and I are only three months apart in age, hence why we?re twinning so hard in this picture. We grew up across the country from each other, so I didn?t really get to know her until we were in high school.

Since then, we?ve taken approximately 500 selfies together, visited each other in SoCal, San Francisco, New Jersey, and Missouri, and taken an amazing road trip up the California coast while I was checking out graduate schools. Thinking about all the good times we?ve had together and looking through all the pictures we?ve taken together is making me a little teary.
I knew I wanted to do something special to ask her, but I wasn?t sure what. Billboard" Skywriting" Flower...
