Let me start this post out by saying I am pretty terrible at this whole ?being a female? thing sometimes. I wear zero makeup on a day-to-day basis, and I absolutely LOATHE shopping/trying on clothes. (Seriously, it?s nothing short of a miracle I actually enjoyed dress shopping.) If there was a magazine called Unexciting Physical Appearance, I would probably be asked to be on the cover. My career isn?t exactly conducive to cute and trendy since I end up crawling around on floors sometimes, pulling dirty cable, climbing dusty ladders, or whatever other sweat-inducing work needs to be done to get the show up. That?s only an excuse, though, because even outside of work my fashion choices are very basic, with makeup still being minimal to nonexistent. Don?t even get me started on my lack of ability to do anything with my hair.

I love who I am without makeup, though, and luckily for me, Mr. Dreamcatcher much prefers a more natural look. Even so, I knew I would feel a lot more confident if I hired a makeup artist to take care of it for the big day.
