I shared my pearl engagement ring in a previous post. My wedding band was a really affordable rough diamond sterling silver stacking ring (part of a three-pack), which is perfect because I?m rough with my hands and will undoubtedly needed a couple back-ups. Mr. B-Cat?s wedding band was really gorgeous antler and bocote wood we purchased from aboutjewelry on Etsy.

My shoes did not let me down. I went a whole day in these sparkly military-grade tanks. From grass to sand to marsh to gravel and back. In college I tripped in my heels and basically face-planted while walking onstage to get my diploma (true story, and as hilarious and mortifying as it sounds), and afterward I couldn?t look at those traitorous platform heels ever again. Seriously. Jessica Simpson, if you?re reading this, your shoes are the devil.
