Black Cat Hallowedding: The End

The send-off
Our send-off of choice was wish lanterns. This was one of the few things that Mr. B-Cat was super insistent on. It also ended up being our guests’ favorite wedding activity, so good job, husband.

After the last song played, Terrica ushered us out to the large grassy clearing beyond the villa. There, she distributed the paper lanterns and lighters to each of the guests.

The after-party/night-beaching
After that beautiful moment, there wasn?t much left to do but clear out and bring the after-party to the hotel. After all it, was only around 10:00 PM and there was more fun to be had.
We invited everyone to come down to the beach behind the hotel where everyone was staying. The weather was so beautiful and the sky was so clear, it was the perfect condition for night-beaching. One by one our friends filed out, and we stood for a bit at the edge of the shore, hugging and laughing.
The moon was incredibly full, and while you could see long stretches of that beautiful, quiet ocean in each direction—you can?t see jack in this image. But trust me, it was peaceful and gorgeous. Especially so after we had all gotten out of our stiff wedding digs.
Exhausted, my husband and I somehow managed to drag ourselves away from our guests and the beach and back to our hotel room.
