Bridal Details

When I saw our photographer walking up the beach to the Cabana, I couldn?t believe it was already that late in the day, but I still had some time to get myself together as she scooped up my dress, jewelry, and ?shoes? to take some detail shots. I love the little details that make each wedding and each bride unique. My sisters made me this adorable robe to get ready in; they bought the robe on Amazon and then added all of the little details like my initials, “happily ever after,” and the heart on New York. I love it so much!

The “Bride” hanger got all wonky after the flight and traveling to Mexico?it looked like it said “Blrr-squiggle” more than “Bride” when we took it out of the garment bag.
When she asked for my shoes, I?m sure our photographer was a bit surprised when my MIL handed them to her in a bunch.
Weeeell, turns out I couldn?t get the knots in the back undone. Cakebaby tried to help me out, but I ended up just saying screw it and going (all the way) barefoot. I used one of my bridesmaid’s bead shoes as a stand in for this shot.
