From the couple… We live in the East Village/Alphabet City in New York and we got engaged down the street from our apartment in a community garden where the groom is a volunteer member. When it came time to research venues and pick a date, we loved the idea of a springtime celebration in the city ? we hoped that our friends and family would be shedding their winter coats, loosening up into spring, and feeling festive and ready to party!
We held our ceremony and reception in mid-April at Studio 450, an all-white loft space with glossy floors, walls of windows, and great views of the city. We didn’t have a specific theme in mind, but in retrospect, the wedding turned out to be somewhat...
