Happy Friday everyone, and welcome (nearly) to the weekend! I don’t know about you but this week has sped by! I don’t mind though as I am off on my holidays on Sunday, we have a week in Lanzarote planned, and I couldn’t be more excited! I am currently scheduling all the blog posts to go up while I’m away, so don’t worry you will still have lots of lovely weddings and articles to read while I’m enjoying the sunshine and hopefully a few cocktails! Today though I am taking you back to last Autumn, for the beautiful wedding of Brooke and Bear. The gorgeous couple married on their families land in a woodland clearing, with a stunning outdoor ceremony. It was followed by a super glam, homespun wedding reception with a striking colour scheme of gold, burgundy and navy. So much of the wedding was put together by friends and family, making it a real team effort, with so many cute DIY details and decoration. I just love how they have embraced the autumnal colours and added in their own twist of metallics to add an extra element of style and sophistication.
