The couple’s budget-friendly mindset focused on adding authentically charming details that spoke to their personalities and care-abouts, such as handmade floral arrangements and desserts catered by local bakeries. It was foggy and lightly raining on our wedding day. At first, it made me nervous when I woke up and saw it was cloudy. But it actually ended up being great for the photography lighting, and the temperature was in the 60s, which was pretty nice for a Texas January.

There were 4 things that were absolutely important to us: photography, food, flowers, and budget. I (Jessica) am a very visual person, so I wanted a photographer who shared the same style as me. Jeff was the perfect match! The food was also VERY important to Nate and I, especially the desserts. We had a table full of cakes and pies and cheesecakes from local bakeries.
