I hope you had a good weekend" We have some wonderful weddings to share with you this week and we are kicking it all off with this Gin and Tonic themed barn wedding, courtesy of Shootinghip. Charlie and Morgan wanted a relaxed, informal day and this is exactly what they achieved. With a beautiful outdoor ceremony, complete with a filed of cows as onlookers, this wedding is filled with so many smiles and a whole lot fo fun. Charlie’s smile is infectious and I just love the gin and tonic theme that runs throughout the day.
 A fun filled and boozy party

Charlie and Morgan Rushton were married on 22nd September 2017 at Gate Street Barn in Bramley. ‘As soon as we saw it we loved it – we wanted a relaxed informal day, and the venue fitted that perfectly. We had 108 daytime guests and a further 30 in the evening, it took a year to plan.
How they met

We’ve been together for 8 years and we met in a pub in our hometown. Although we also went to the same school, we didn’t know each other back then.
The proposal

Epic! We climbed a mountain in Capri, and at the top he got down on one knee – very hot and very sweaty!

Charlie looked after it – she loves a good spreadsheet!

Our main aim was to have a good band, amazing food and lots of booze, so those were our biggest expenses. Cha...
