Today I have the most gorgeous beach elopement to share with you. You would be forgiven to thinking that this is a styled shoot but believe me it isn’t – it is a real live wedding that happened in the South of Rhodes with the most stunning backdrop of the Mediterranean sea. Kristina and Joaquin had originally planned a larger scale wedding in 2020 but due to Covid these plans changed and instead they got married a year later with a much smaller ceremony. Golden Apple Weddings was on hand to offer expert advice and create this stunning bohemian dream of a beach elopement. The detailing is beautiful; the wedding arch, the tablescape, the flowers, they all look truly gorgeous. What a wonderful, intimate day they had. Beautiful in every way.

Kristina and Joaquin cancelled their nuptials in their home country in 2020 due to the pandemic and opted for another type of celebration one year later, a destination elopement in Greece. These two lovebirds had a symbolic venue in mind of their destination fete which was Lindos Memories hotel on Rhodes Island.
Kristina had originally purchased her wedding dress for the celebration they had planned in Munich, it was an ivory gown with a v-back and lace on the skirt that felt absolutely perfect for the island location.
