The inspiration behind this shoot was minimal elegance – a design that would speak to the bride who prefers all things natural and understated. We wanted an effortless look with a super sleek updo, glamourous makeup, and a dress with modern and simple lines. Since the dress paired well with both bold accessories and simple elements, we decided to explore both by switching up earrings and hair accessories. The little bit of sparkle from the shoes lent to a black-tie feel.
We felt it was important for us to keep the table design clean and simple, with some unexpected elements mixed in. The subtle geometric accent in the white linen was a perfect clean slate, with just the right amount of texture. The linens also matched the white florals, keeping everything light and ethereal. Clear chairs mixed with the simplicity of the chargers and flatware, gave the table its modern and effortless look. Neutral toned napkins added a soft moodiness. The white leather napkin rings, with guest names handwritten in calligraphy, served as a unique element and added texture next to vellum menus.
