How about the sweetest, coziest rainy day engagement session for you on this fine spring weekend" Matt + Ela won a giveaway Kendra Ruth Photography and the team below put together in order to capture a love story at the natural-light-filled Lovt Studio in Toronto. It’s totally a perfect idea for our engaged friends that love the cozy vibe of at-home shoots, but want something a little more elevated and detail driven.

Ela says, I had my makeup done by the beautiful Melody Rose Makeup Artistry who captured my true self in her work! Once make-up was finished, we went straight to ?work? and by work, I mean laughing and having a wonderful time with Kendra as she captured our story and our love through her photographs.
Crumb & Berry brought a few of their signature sweets to indulge in during the shoot, not to mention act as major eye candy along with the vibrant arrangements by Snowberry Botanicals. Can’t go wrong with cake and flowers, we always say.

Lovt Studio was beautifully authentic with several boho rugs, antique couches, rustic wooden window frames in the kitchen and big factory windows. The natural light provided by these windows made this space feel like a dream. The florals delivered by Snowberry Botanicals were a picture of pure beauty and her asymmetrical arrangement incorporated some of my favorite blooms!
