This heavenly wedding was submitted to WWW by bride Sophie and as soon as I saw the dreamy images and oodles of DIY touches I was smitten. Be prepared to want to pin every image and add to you DIY project list, sorry not sorry folks.
WWW readers Sophie and Terry were hitched on the 30th July 2016 at All Saints Church followed by a reception at Utopia in the grounds of Broughton Hall, Yorkshire. They fell for the venue thanks to it’s lush gardens and light and airy reception space. It suited their Lavender theme perfectly, with muted tones used throughout alongside gorgeous florals. They really wanted a creative day and made so many lovely touches including, a potted plant seating plan, the cake table, home made favours and the lemonade station to name a few. Sophie went for a timeless lace gown by Mori Lee and wore her long tresses in a pretty fishtail plait, Terry was suited and booted in Next attire and the bridesmaids wore floaty ASOS frocks. Didn’t they all look so very lovely"

THE PROPOSAL | Terry proposed during our 6 month backpacking trip around the Far East. We were in Noosa, Australia the most gorgeous coastal town. We had gone out for a meal and an evening walk and ended up sitting at the end of a jetty in a small harbour. Terry proposed and I said yes straight away.
