[field title=”Design / Vibe / Vision”]I?ve grown up coming to the Aquidneck Club, and I always knew I would want to get married overlooking such a special and meaningful view. I wanted this wedding to be a classic expression of love that did not take away from the naturally beautiful atmosphere. The ceremony was on a beautiful patch of grass off of the 18th hole overlooking the water. We wanted all decor and florals to be a crisp white which paired beautifully with the greenery around us. A few weeks before the ceremony, I had a vision of white roses going down the aisle – as if they had been growing right out of the ground. Fig & Squill made this happen and it was such a beautiful detail that led the path to the beautiful chuppah.
For the reception, we planned it so that our guests were entering just as the sunset was hitting and that our first dance was during this peak golden hour. The...
