Pyrgos Petreza, a byzantine style winery, was the ideal venue for such a gorgeous concept because of its elegant architecture and its greenery gardens. The combination of the olive grove and the vineyard was just magical, emitting a mythical and Greek dimension. The venue was perfectly decorated with wine-related elements such as barrels and grapes, pink, purple soft hues and silver details. The vintage tableware, the candles and the fresh flower bouquets created the most breathtaking result. What to say about the two protagonists? So stylish and gorgeous! From Anna Roussos Photography: ?In Greece the Olive Tree symbolizes peace and prosperity, as well as resurrection and hope. Deeply rooted in ancient tradition, olive trees have a mythical and sacred dimension and were once revered. Inspired by its significance in Greek culture, we dreamt up this wedding editorial in which a whimsical centenary olive tree standing in all glory would serve as the ceremony backdrop. Hence we went for a floral blossom theme where we used luscious garden roses for days to adorn the large old trunk.?
