I have to say it’s been far too long since I took a trip to the woods, in fact this remarkable shoot has inspired me to make sure we take a trip stat.

“When Lake District Hairstylist Zara Rigg approached me about an idea for a styled shoot that incorporated feathers and woodland I didn’t hesitate to get involved. Inspired by Thomas Hardy’s novel  The Woodlanders, our vision for this styled wedding shoot was of a couple living and marrying in the woods, a homespun, handcrafted, folk wedding that incorporated feathers and gathered blooms, tweed and beaded dresses. Photographed in a beautiful Cumbrian Forest with sparkling sunshine, our gorgeous couple  India and Tom nailed the look perfectly.”
