Jesse of Clover Event Co. explains, Persephone is the goddess of spring and Hades is the god of the underworld. To bring their love and relationship to life, we married the ethereal and delicate details with modern minimalist design elements in black. The trick was to create a harmony between the soft, feminine nature of spring and the bold, sepulchral qualities of the underworld.

The florals were designed with a combination of bright spring blooms and dried grass elements. Hazel Dust Studio used bright poppies, earthy pink hellebores, and budding branches in a dynamic, ikebana-style arrangement. A stunning contrast to the delicate dried grasses that represented Persephone?s origins as the daughter of Demeter?goddess of the harvest.
