I would say having a wedding that represents who we are as a couple and to have the people we love most surround us on our special day was the most important part of planning.
Our venue had everything we wanted. It is one of the only private beaches you can get married on in California. It really was just so special that pictures don’t do it justice.

We had a quote from a book: The Prophet from Khalil Gibran we both felt really spoke to us read during the ceremony and also wrote our own vows, which doesn’t get more personal than that!
