Julie + Ben are an adventurous couple who recently moved from the east coast to San Francisco, where they’re currently planning their big day in March of next year. They love exploring their new city, are super stylish, and are always up for a challenge. Recipe for the perfect engagement photos, if you ask us!

Julie says, We found a beautiful little garden, tucked away in the hills of San Francisco called Lyon Street Steps. It’s a very residential garden and with many flowers blooming, it was absolutely beautiful. We were expecting to take our photos during the “golden hour,” and with the garden scene, we got just that, but in pure San Francisco fashion, the fog rolled in before we reached our second location?

We embraced the wind and fog, and to our surprise, our photos came out with a dramatic effect, because of the mystical, ever so well-known fog. Rodeo Beach holds a very special place in our hearts, as we are avid hikers, and upon arriving to San Francisco, this is the first spot we checked out. We come back frequently to enjoy the beautiful coastal hike and now it’s even more special to us.
