Todays lovely wedding is full of colour and brilliant summer sunshine. Emma and Dulal chose a barn wedding in Norfolk for their big day, Chaucer Barn gave them lots of flexibility and the scope to hold an outdoor ceremony. With a beautiful backdrop for the reception, this wedding is brimming with personal touches and pretty details from beginning to end. Emma and Dulal were married on 19the August 2015 at Chaucer Barn, Norfolk. ‘It was a relaxed, homely atmosphere and that we could make everything so personal to us.
The Proposal

Dulal rented out the whole b&b in somerset which had a enchanted garden which we had all to ourselves. we went to the hot air balloon festival and when we got back and went for a walk in the gardens we approached a area lit up with lanterns and bunting and I thought we stumbled into a romantic dinner date. As I turned round Dulal was on his knee and had a stunning green diamond ring in his hand. I took a moment to compose myself as he asked me to marry him and I said yes! He had made a wooden tea tray which had flowers and the ring box on it (plus a couple of celebratory drinks). It was surreal and so romantic!
