Enchanting Woods Inspired Country Wedding
Tim and Anna wed in a very special ceremony at Perlethorpe church and followed with a reception at Thoresby Courtyard on the 3rd July 2016. The vision was to really bring the outside in and create an enchanted, woodland feel deep in Sherwood Forest. The pea lights and star cloth really makes you feel like you are outdoors under the stars and there were plenty of other beautiful details to turn the blank canvas barn into a magical space. Can you believe the pair pulled everything together in six months"
Anna took her colour cue for the whole wedding from the beautiful grey bridesmaids dresses which were from ASOS. The bride herself looked fantastic in Maggie Sottero ?Emma?, which she found in the first shop she went into. Tim went for a waistcoat without the tails and looked equally great. The flowers really are so pretty in pink and there are lots of woodland details to take in, I just love the tree table plan and the wood slices dotted around the venue. What a fantastic idea to serve tea and scones to guests after the ceremony to keep them going until dinner time!
Thanks ever so much to Alexa Penberthy Photography for the wonderful images.
