Ethereal Welsh Marquee Wedding in Bae Ceredigion
Angharad and David knew that they wanted to be married somewhere they could incorporate both their cultures. With Angharad being from rural Wales and David being from rural Ireland, the two decided to celebrate their love at a private estate where the Irish sea meets the Welsh coast. The ethereal wedding in Bae Ceredigion belongs in a fairytale storybook with its lush greenery, soft pink color palette, and teepee filled with twinkle lights and small floral arrangements from Flowers at the Dutch Barn.
Despite the torrential downpour, the couple faced early on their wedding day, the clouds eventually passed. They were able to get married in the thick of the rolling hills—making for some of the most beautiful photos we’ve ever seen. Both Dave and I are from rural parts of the world. Dave’s from rural Ireland, and I’m from rural Wales. We decided we wanted our wedding to reflect this, and so when our neighbors in Wales allowed us to get married on their grounds facing the Mawddach Estuary, we were over the moon.
