Perfect setting
From Brandon Chesbro: Katie is a veterinarian and Tom is in the race horse business, so the equestrian setting of historic Belle Meade Plantation was the perfect setting for their fall wedding. Heavy rains preceding the event forced the ceremony inside, but candlelight and their friends and family made for a warm and intimate atmosphere. The couple said their vows in front of the grand doorway into the carriage house, adorned with draping and greenery garlands.Â
Rustic Reception
The tables were decorated with crisp striped linens, lanterns, and floral arrangements in wooden compotes and cranberry and amber glass. A rope feature wall featuring a bay leaf wreath served as a backdrop to the head table.
