Fun & Games DIY Tipi Wedding

Morning WWWers, I hope you are ready for a real treat today. I have two utterly gorgeous real wedding features lined up and we are starting with this truly lovely home made affair. When I say home made, I mean home made. The flowers were home grown, the cake baked by the bride and the bridal party attire hand stitched. It’s a celebration which really warmed my heart.
WWW readers Hannah and Matt chose to get married on the 25th July 2015 at Sledmere House, Yorkshire, followed by a reception in Hannah’s family’s garden hosted in a majestic tipi by Papakata. They envisioned a fun and games filled day, complete with fete style outdoor games for guests and relaxed vibes. The DIY blooms were just so pretty and really brought the tipi to life, placed on the rustic long tables in jars. I especially adore the groomsmens outfits, Hannah’s mum made the tweed waistcoats and the boys chose chinos and ties to suit. They looked really awesome all lined up together, too cool. The bridesmaids dresses were also home made in a wonderful rich blue fabric. Hannah chose a lace Essence of Australia gown named D1549, which flattered her figure perfectly.
Thanks so much to James & Lianne for sharing these stunning images.
