You know one of my very favourite elements of a wedding" Unique and unusual wedding venues. Take this totally awesome cinema wedding ceremony today, which was held at 195 Piccadilly BAFTA in London. It oozes cool sophistication and personality, not to mention that it’s the home of the BAFTA, so extra points for pure glamour! It’s no wonder Kerry and Jon booked it for their wedding and then the celebrating commenced at The Folly bar and restaurant on Saturday 2nd September 2017.
Their day was all about creating a fun atmosphere, their brilliant proposal film (you have to read about their engagement you guys!) was played to guests in the cinema after the ceremony and they even had tubs of popcorn for each of them. What a quirky and authentic experience for all. Music was another important aspect of the day and their live band was picked based on their playlists matching with their fave bands. This is a really good way of finding your perfect band. WWW faves Megabooth‘s Festival Photo Pod sounded so entertaining and ensured much merriment in the evening too. I also have to say that Kerry and Jon both looked resplendent in their chosen attire, Kerry wore YolanCris and Jon donned Dashing Tweeds. I really was blown away by Matt Parry‘s amazing captures of their day, featuring the city streets and intimate party moments to boot. Thanks so much for sharing them with us Matt.
