Fun Pastel Country Marquee Wedding
WWW readers Ben and Jess wanted a laid back wedding day so that was exactly what they planned for the 11th August 2017. After a church ceremony, they held their reception in a traditional pole tent marquee at Jess’ parents’ home with lots of colour and beautifully wild flowers.
Jess’ laid back attitude did mean that she cut getting her dress a little fine but it all worked out perfectly and I think she looks just gorgeous in her Justin Alexander number. The groom and groomsmen looked equally fabulous in their checked three piece suits.
The marquee was adorned in the loveliest colourful paper pom poms and I just love the rustic chairs and wooden bar. The florals that look like they’re straight from the meadow were displayed in mismatched jars and bottles and there’s a lovely country garden feel to all of the details. As well as the celebrations taking place at the actual home of Jess’ parents, they are lots of lovely homely touches like the sofa seating area must have made their guests feel ever so relaxed. The fantastic imagery today comes courtesy of Kimberley Waterson, thank you so much for sharing these divine images with us. Enjoy!
