What’s not to love about a carnival" Happy times, fun games and bright colours galore. It always works so well when injected into a wedding celebration too.
WWW readers Karen and Phil tied the knot on the 25th July 2015 in Leicestershire. Following a church ceremony they headed to a local field for a gorgeous marquee reception. Their whole day was a real DIY affair, with everything from generators to home made bunting being organised by themselves. I love the fete games surrounded by festoon lights laid on for their guests and the big smiles throughout.
Karen and Phil looked gorgeous in their stylish attire, while their maids were in pretty pink teamed with orange and pink florals.

THE PROPOSAL | 9th September 2014 in Cancun, Mexico in the exact same spot as where we had first met 5 years prior.
THE VISION | At first, we wanted a carnival theme with fairground rides and a big top. We soon realised a lot of these things were not readily available so changed the plan so it was more like a summer fete/carnival theme. Both Phil and I hate formality and over planning so we tried to make the day as relaxing for the guests as possible. We didn?t want people to waiting for photo?s etc so we cut all of that out of the day.
We also wanted people to be entertained all day so there wasn?t a low point where people are...
