Making a grand entrance to your reception with your wedding party is one of the most fun parts of your big day. While you can be announced by your band and DJ and make a traditional entrance, you can also opt to do something more creative to make a statement. The sky?s the limit when it comes to these big reception debuts, but here are some ideas to get you started.
Red Carpet Entrance
Roll out a red carpet and have the wedding party and yourselves walk into the reception in all of your Hollywood glamour. Have people pretend to be paparazzi and ask for autographs as they walk in. Provide everyone with oversized sunglasses to really play the part.
Obstacle Course Challenge yourself and your wedding party at the start of the reception. Set up a simple obstacle course on the way in and on the dance floor to entertain guests and really start the party with a bang.
Wedding Party Flash Mob

This one really focuses on the guests of honor (the bride and groom) and will really surprise your guests. Have the wedding party enter normally, announced by your DJ or band. Then, when the bride and groom are announced, the song changes and all guests should be invited to the dance floor. From there, the wedding party takes part in the flash mob as the bride and groom make their debut.
