Glam meets rustic in this dreamy Park City barn wedding
Who here is a forever fan of white and green barn weddings" We are, always! And if you love the idea of a rustic venue surrounded by nature but want to keep it glamorous and formal, Nora + Andrew’s wedding is sure to inspire. They met in college in Wisconsin and now live in New York, so their Utah wedding at Blue Sky Ranch in Park City was a destination for everyone. With that in mind, Soireé Productions and Decoration Inc. helped them show off the beauty of the location while adding touches of glam throughout (prime example: this Marchesa gown. ‘Nuff said). Nora tells it, We were going for rustic elegance. I don?t love a lot of bright color so we kept everything very natural and understated?lots of whites and greens with a touch of blush. All my bridesmaids wore their own blush dresses and the groomsmen wore navy suits with blush ties. We used a lot of wild flowers and didn?t over-decorate outside so we could let the beautiful scenery speak for itself.Â
When it came to the flowers, Nora wanted them to look like they were just picked off the mountains behind them. Mission accomplished!
Nora walked down the aisle to Flowers In Her Hair by The Lumineers and their first dance was to Coming Home by Leon Bridges.
