Stephanie and Kaitlin decided on a Gastown wedding to pay tribute to the neighborhood where they rented their first apartment together. As if that weren’t sweet enough, the pair made sure every detail of their celebration reflected their relationship. The brides wore glamorous custom gowns designed by Nicole Guzzo, who ensured that the dresses complemented each other while also showcasing both bride’s individual personal style. From a Broadway-themed seating chart to the first dance (in matching Keds!) to an acoustic version of the brides’ favorite song, the 50 guests enjoyed a celebration that was quintessentially Kaitlin and Stephanie.

We absolutely love that we had our wedding dresses custom made. We worked with a local Vancouver designer, who created beautiful one-of-a-kind gowns for both of us. Being two brides, it was important to us that we had dresses that complemented one another, and also suited us both. We worked with our designer, Nicole Guzzo to pick out the perfect fabric for our style ideas, and she did an amazing job making our dress dreams come true!
