The challenge was to bring the black and white film into colorful real life wedding ? make it a bit of a combination of the old La Dolce Vita movie spirit mashed with modern Dolce & Gabbana colorful editorials. We both love Italian fashion, food, wine and overall the way of life. La Dolce Vita movie was a great source of inspiration for our key graphic visuals as well as our outfits. We wanted to have a wedding that will be completely different from the traditional weddings we have seen around us. Gladly we found a location that resembles little bit the Italian countryside. The tough part about the venue was to push back its ?too romantic and rustic atmosphere and give it the high-fashion and modern vibe we wanted. To make it our own wedding, we did as much as possible to cut off the formalities associated with the civil weddings...
