If you ask us, Spring florals are at the tippy top of our Prettiest Things EVER list. They never, ever disappoint and when infused into a wedding day, it truly makes for a celebration worthy of all the oohs and aahs. From the caterer … I don?t know about you, but when I think Spring, I think of flowers. They represent new life, a fresh start, and of course warm weather. That said, why should the florist get to have all the fun"! We wanted to incorporate the blooms of Springtime in the catering piece as well ? this means a Spring Melon Mosaic with edible blossoms like Micro Lovage, Borage, and Sunflower Sprouts. We also wanted to subtly mirror the centerpiece with our paper goods, so we built a whimsical floral border out of the amazing digital catalog offered by the New York Public Library.
