Hannah and Pip’s Sunny Summer Handmade Tipi Wedding by Poppy K Photography
Today we are sharing a full of sunshine summer wedding to match the amazing weather we are currently having in the UK. Hannah and Pip chose a tipi wedding, so they could work with a blank canvas and really put their own mark on their day. With craft evenings every Tuesday it was a real family affair getting all the DIY projects finished. The results are this super cute handmade tipi wedding, filled with personal touches. Poppy K Photography has done the honours with the images.
Everything we had wished for that came true for us. We are now enjoying our life as husband and wife.
Hannah and Pip were married on the 6th August 2016 in a ceremony at St. Gregory’s Church, Morville, followed by a tipi reception at Claverley Farm Field in Shropshire. ‘The church was beautiful, old and full of history. We liked that they had no more than a couple of weddings a year there and felt that it was really quaint and intimate. We chose the field so that we had a blank canvas that we could make our own with our 3 large Tipi’s. We also knew our band could be as loud as it wanted and we could party all night as there was not a neighbour for miles. It also meant that we and our guests could camp their on the night in our own mini Tipi which was great fun! We had 100 guests in the day time and a further 70+ on the evening.
