Harriet and Ed’s Handmade Mint Green Wedding With a Jenny Packham Dress by Photography by Krishanthi
Happy Monday everyone and welcome along to another fun packed week on the blog. Did you have a good weekend" I do hope you did and that you ar now ready for another fab week of weddings ahead of us. We have a week filled with the most amazing real weddings for you this week, starting off with this lovely September wedding from Photography by Krishanthi. Harriet and Ed got married in Buckinghamshire and the day is super pretty and filled with the most wonderful handmade decorations. I am especially in love with the hanging flower wheels in the marquee, the mint green bridesmaids dresses and Harriet’s amazing Jenny Packham gown.
The wedding was a relaxed garden wedding and very much a home-made and village based affair.
Harriet and Ed were married on the 17th September 2016 in a ceremony at St.Mary?s Church, Long Crendon and then a reception at Bakers Close, Long Crendon, Bucks. ‘Harriet?s parents live in the village and its where she grew up. Harriet?s parents have lived at Bakers Close since before she was born and she was christened in the church where her and Ed were married. We had 165 guests (plus 19 children!). We begun to plan about 9 months before but there was lots to do at the beginning and then just before the wedding but not so much in between.’
How they met
We met at a party hosted by mutual friends who are now married. We had been together two years when Ed proposed and nearly three when we were married.
