Rehearsal Dinner in Calgary
Hello, hive! It’s been a while and for that I apologize. All I can say is September, hoo boy.
It’s high time that I started sharing my recaps with you, so let’s go. All told, our wedding day was truly a fantastic day. A few things went “wrong,” but we were flying the entire time and had so much fun with our family and friends.
Let’s rewind to the day before our wedding, a Friday. Mr. Horseshoe and I had a few major errands to run: drop off our alcohol and decor at our venue and have our rehearsal dinner. I also had a pre-wedding manicure appointment with my  maid of honour. The plan was for us to meet up separately at Heritage Park after my morning manicure. While things were pretty busy leading up to our wedding, I’m glad we burned some midnight oil and finished off our DIY projects on Thursday so that our Friday was fairly low key. My maid of honour graciously booked a manicure appointment for the two of us, and took the day off of work to help us out with any last minute errands. I was so grateful to her for this. We visited BEACH Beauty and had our nails done with Bio Seaweed Gel polish. I picked a soft, peachy pink. The result was a perfect manicure that survived errands, our wedding, and beyond. I’d definitely return for another manicure in the future.
