Horseshoes Get Hitched: Timelines, Timelines
Wedding Day Timeline
Sorry, hive, for being a bad bee. I’m back to finish off these recaps. Let’s go.
I wanted to quickly share our wedding timeline in order to provide some context to my recaps. Feel free to steal and alter this timeline. It worked great for us—I wouldn’t change a thing. We didn’t feel rushed while getting ready, had plenty of time for photos before our ceremony, and felt like our reception was well timed.

A note that this is more of a “people logistics” timeline. Our coordinator set delivery times with our florist/baker/other vendors that aren’t included in this timeline. Our timeline, for our 4:30 PM ceremony, looked like this:
8:30 AM
First two bridesmaids arrive at salon to have their hair done.
9:00 AM
Second two bridesmaids and bride arrive at salon to have their hair done.
(Note: The first two bridesmaids were done at around 9:15/9:30 AM, so we had an opportunity to relax and drink coffee while waiting for our turns.)
10:45 AM
Groom and groomsmen arrive at house B to get ready.
11:00 AM
Bride & bridesmaids depart salon and head to house A to get ready.
Photographer arrives at house B to capture groom & groomsmen getting ready; departs at 11:45 AM.
Everyone: Eat some lunch!
