OK OK, so the heatwave may be over for now. But if you’re having a mid summer wedding, you may be hoping for those rays to reappear on the big day. Well I am going to make sure you are well prepared for a hot wedding day, with some top tips and super fun wedding ideas to get you and your guests making the most of the warm weather.
Things to consider if the weather looks set to be scorching; your bridal make up staying put (ask your MUA for advice), pack a mini bottle of deodorant in your day bag, supplying mini fans for particularly hot spaces or paper fans for guests during the ceremony and sun tan lotion aplenty, let’s face it no one wants to get burnt and spend their wedding night applying after sun, ouch. Also don’t forget to ask your venue if windows can be opened to ensure good ventilation and a lovely breeze through your reception. Above all though, it’s all about having fun in the sun, I hope these suggestions leave you excited and inspired by the thought of sunny wedding days.
