A wedding day isn?t complete without loved ones ready to share in your joy. For some lucky folks that includes a furry family member. Some even walk their dogs down the aisle!
If you?re going to include your pup, you might want to dress them up a bit. Bowties with tuxedos are adorable but we have a simpler look for the crafty DIYer. Primp your pooch by creating a fresh flower dog collar! Not only are these absolutely beautiful once done, they are easy to make with flowers to match your decor and bouquet!
Materials:

Measuring tape
Scissors
Rope string
Hot glue gun
Floral tape
Fresh flowers
Decorative ribbon

Step 1
Bribe your dog with treats to sit still while you measure his or her neck. Make sure you leave some breathing room so the collar isn’t too tight. Two fingers should be able to fit comfortably between the tape and your dog’s neck. Then, add a few inches on the end for tying. Step 2
Lay your rope string out to match the length you arrived at in step one. Then, cut five pieces of string, all the same length. Double check your measurements before proceeding by wrapping a piece around your dog’s neck to make sure it’s not too tight.

Step 3
Use your hot glue gun to glue all the string together laying side by side to create a single piece.
