TANNING TIPS
If you are very pale and feel self-conscious in the summer as a result, don?t be afraid to fake tan! You?ve just got to prep your skin properly and do the whole process very carefully, to get an amazing result without the usual gravy coloured streaks..!
Firstly and most importantly, you must remove any unwanted hair, and exfoliate your whole body with a gritty exfoliator and/or a shower puff or muslin cloth the day before you intend to do your fake tan. Make sure to concentrate on your elbows, knees, feet and hands, as most people seem to have drier skin in these areas and fake tan will most definitely stick to it. Then a short while later, apply some body lotion, again concentrating on your elbows, knees, feet and hands. The next day, apply your fake tan of choice evenly all over (except your feet and hands), blending very thoroughly. Then wash your hands thoroughly, using soap and a scrubbing brush on your palms.
About an hour or two later, use a large make-up brush to blend a very small amount of the fake tan onto your hands and feet, making sure to blend it all out super carefully, and painting a teeny amount between your fingers so you don?t have white gaps! I always do my feet an...
